Music Blog covers the Underground/Indie Rock Music Scene in a positive manner with a focus on the WNY area. Bands and promoters are encouraged to submit promo material for review. Listening to new music with an open mind is important. This blog isn't about Joe Tell it's about exposing new music and promoting new bands that want a push. I also post about any interesting topic that may cross my mind. Music blog sponsored by Buffalo's best comic book shop Queen City Bookstore.

Ace Frehley, No Regrets, A Rock 'N' Roll Memoir
No Regrets is at it's basic a sex, drugs and rock and roll book. With plenty of great stories about the band KISS.
Not only is "Space Ace" an accomplished guitarist/singer/songwriter/performer/inventor, now Ace is also a published author.
Great Book! Finally got around to scanning this book cover, been meaning to for awhile.
I did not review the book on purpose to peak your interest, to hopefully get you out to a bookstore or a library to go out and get a copy to read for yourself.

Andy Irvine, Warwick, Music City, Buffalo NY
I must thank world renowned bassist and recording artist ANDY IRVINE. Andy is a Rochester, NY native who recently gave a great in-house Warwick bass guitar clinic at Music City music store in Buffalo NY. Look for the feature article about Andy and Music City in the latest Buffalo Night-Life Magazine.
For all of you out there in blog land who are fans of punk rock Andy played on GG Allin's last recording, unfortunately 6 months later GG died of a drug overdose.
Andy Irvine is alive and well! and Andy displayed some exceptional bass playing techniques on his favorite fretless and fretted Warwick electric basses at the in-store Warwick electric bass clinic. Check out www.andyirvinegroup.com to learn more about Andy, his new CD and where Andy's new Warwick bass in-store tour will take him next. Thank You Andy!
Special thanks to Vince at Music City for providing a ticket to your favorite blogger for the in-store Andy Irvine Warwick electric bass guitar clinic. Music City is located on 3236 Main Street in Buffalo NY. Call 716-838-4547 to inquire about music lessons and to pick up your instrument of choice today.
