The Howlin' Gales - Toronto, Canada

If you’ve been around the Greater Toronto Area, you’ve likely heard a calm wind blowing, carrying the sound of The Howlin’ Gales. Originating in 2022 as a rock 'n' roll duo, Mark Sinclair (Vocals, Guitar) and Marcelo Maltez (Drums) took the GTA by storm, playing over 100 shows and imprinting their name and music on the local scene. With the addition of Cassius Lucchetta (Bass, Vocals), formerly of the Rumble Sons, and Matthew Chiarotto (Keys, Guitar), a noted live music photographer, The Howlin’ Gales have nurtured a more refined sound, blending country-rock with folk and blues undertones.
